Chinese military build H-10 for saturation bombing U.S. aircraft carrier

After years of tense negotiations, China and Russia reached an agreement, the introduction of a Russian figure-22M3 long-range bomber production line to China's Xi'an Aircraft Group, the Russian military received 15 billion dollars in expenses, while Chinese naval aviation to name a new long-range bombers H -10.
